Biography

Dr.Mithun Shetty is a highly trained Orthodontist and Dentofacial Orthopaedical, with 20 years of experience in the field of Orthodontics. He obtained his Masters In Dentistry from the Prestigious Bapuji Dental College and Hospital Davangere India in 2007. In 2008 he earned his MorthRCS(Edin) from the Royal college of surgeons, Edinburgh, united Kingdom and in 2018 he earned his M(Orth)RCPS(Glasg) from the Royal college of Physicians and Surgeons ,Glasgow ,United Kingdom.

Dr.Shetty has been awarded with Fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons United kingdom and fellowship from the Indian orthodontic society. He is also an active member of many Orthodontic and Dental Organizations like International Association of Orthodontics U.S.A, Royal College of Surgeons U.K.,Indian Orthodontic Society &Malaysian Dental Association.

Dr.Shetty’s Treatment ranges from preventive orthodontics to functional Jaw Orthopedics using various Orthodontic & Functional Appliances ,at times he has combined Orthognathic Surgeries along with orthodontic treatment to correct the dentofacial anomalies .Having also been trained and certified in Lingual Orthodontics ,Mini Implants & Invisalign Technology has helped him to provide the latest mechanotherapy’s to the patients in professional and caring environment in which the patient needs always comes first.
